Once again, thank you so much for everything you did to contribute to a wonderful weekend for Fiona and Gavin’s wedding. The marquee looked fantastic and so many of our guests were very impressed by it.

We were also very impressed by the professionalism of the young men who erected the tent under Andrew’s direction. It was all completed much quicker than we thought and the co-ordination of the delivery of the generator and toilets was very efficient; which I am sure was down to you, Diana. On the Monday following, everything was dismantled and taken away efficiently as well.

All the suggested little touches – e.g. the ribbon and pegs for the hats, the hanging baskets and the spotlights on flowers and shrubs which could be seen through the windows of the marquees and by the river made such a difference.

We attach a few pictures that you might find interesting. A friend of mine took a picture of the hanging hats and when I get that I will scan it and send on to you. Thank you once again. We have another daughter so you never know we may be calling upon you again.
