Strategically placing the clear panels over the reception and bar areas offers your guests stunning views. On a clear night, they’ll find themselves gazing up at a sparkling canopy of stars! Alternatively, a clear gable end provides a picturesque view of your beautiful home while inviting natural light inside, complemented by our clear total vision walling for an equally captivating effect.

Fairy light (pea lights) Canopy

Fairy lights can significantly elevate the ambience of your wedding or event. These LED strings are beautifully arranged behind the pleated linings, transforming your marquee from day to night and creating a romantic atmosphere once the sun sets.

LED Starcloth ceilings

We offer stunning star cloth ceilings that resemble a black stage cloth but are embellished with thousands of twinkling LED lights.

The star cloth comes with a control panel that lets you select the twinkling speed of the lights. Typically, this feature is set up over the "entertainment" sections, such as the dance floor and DJ/Band area. When the disco kicks off, you’ll feel as though you’re dancing under a canopy of stars! Incredible!

Mirror Ball/Glitter Ball

An excellent way to enhance the disco area and create a memorable atmosphere for your first dance.

Our motorised rotating mirror ball will establish the perfect ambience for your inaugural dance and the subsequent disco.

Accompanied by spot lighting to amplify the glimmer.

Reveal Curtain

A reveal curtain offers a fantastic solution for separating the entertainment area during the day, effectively concealing the dance floor and the DJ/band section (which can be discreetly arranged out of sight from your guests).

This adds an element of anticipation for the evening's entertainment, and it can be effortlessly lifted by pulling a cord, unveiling the dance floor and the band/DJ area, usually draped in blackout star cloth ceilings. In this way, the marquee can expand throughout the day, enhancing the overall experience and delivering a striking “wow” factor for the nighttime festivities.

Festoon Lights

Why not enhance your garden's charm with our festoon lighting?

These beautiful festoon lights can be draped and strung from tree to tree, illuminating your garden or brightening the pathway to the marquee.

LED Up lighting/ Wall Washers

We can offer LED uplights that truly "wash" the marquee's walls with vibrant colour once the sun goes down.

Typically, we suggest positioning these lights every 3 meters. They will be programmed to your preferred colour and interconnected. The more lights you include, the more striking the effect will be after dark. For an average-sized marquee, we usually recommend using 10 to 20 lights; you might prefer a few strategically placed in the bar/reception area or on an entrance porch.

Paper Lantern Decoration and Lighting

Paper lanterns are increasingly popular in marquees these days. They can be hung from the ceilings throughout the marquee in a whimsical fashion, with some featuring lights inside while others do not.

You can choose as many or as few as you like, and they are available in any colour or size.

Flood lights for the garden

Why not highlight your garden with our stunning floodlights?

If you have trees you wish to accentuate, we offer powerful 150-watt and 400-watt floodlights available in vibrant green, blue, or magenta colours to dramatically illuminate your large trees.

Hard wooden flooring and NEW carpet

Many marquee providers typically offer basic flooring options, which often consist of pre-used carpet or matting laid directly on the ground or grass.

However, this finish may not always be appropriate, especially in winter, in a field, or if you aim for the best possible aesthetic for your event. We can construct a sturdy wooden subfloor, upon which a new colored carpet (typically cream) can be installed. This solution will provide a solid foundation for your furniture and equipment, preventing them from sinking into the ground, while also shielding you from wet or damp conditions, as you'll be elevated above the ground.

Pin spot lighting

We can offer banks of pin spot lighting as an alternative to chandelier lighting if you're seeking a unique touch.

These lights can be strategically positioned to focus illumination on specific areas of the marquee, including tables and centrepieces, as well as the bar area or to accentuate floral arrangements, etc.

Similar to chandelier lighting, they can be interconnected and dimmed, allowing you to adjust the brightness to your preference.

Generator and power package

For most medium- and large-scale events, it’s essential to provide power for vendors such as caterers, DJs, bands, lighting, restrooms, and bars, as it cannot be drawn from a household outlet.

We offer a comprehensive "power package" that includes a whisper-quiet event generator along with all the necessary power distribution, cabling, sockets, and setup required for your event.

Solid Glazed entrance doors and entrance porch

A glazed entrance doorway and porch will enhance the look of your marquee, improve insulation—essential for maintaining warmth when heating is in use—and create a welcoming impression for your guests. In the absence of a glazed doorway, your only alternative would be a simple flap opening, which you would need to constantly open and close depending on the weather.

The frame of the glazed entrance door fits seamlessly into a specialised channel within the framework, ensuring a tight seal. Additionally, the entrance porch provides a sheltered area before guests enter the main marquee, serving as an ideal spot for a lineup or table plan.

Toilet Marquee/Cloakroom and makeup area

Typically, toilet units are delivered and positioned next to a marquee at the entrance for easy guest access. However, we also offer the option of providing an additional marquee to house the toilet unit, seamlessly connecting it to the main marquee so guests don’t need to step outside. This custom marquee can be equipped with linings, carpeting, lighting, and heating to match the specifications of the main structure.

We have designed a tailored marquee with increased eave height, specifically to accommodate a toilet unit, providing ample space for the unit alongside makeup tables and even a cloak rail. This marquee is then connected to the main structure via a baffle screen or doorway.

Luxury Toilet Units

We provide premium trailer toilet units for your event, available in two sizes:

The ‘2+1’ unit features two ladies' cubicles and one gents' cubicle, accompanied by two gents' urinals. We suggest this option for gatherings of up to 150 guests.

The ‘3+1’ unit includes three ladies' cubicles and two gents' cubicles, plus three gents' urinals. We recommend this unit for events hosting up to 250 guests.

Outdoor flooring/pathways

We offer anti-slip outdoor plastic tiles designed for areas where guests will walk, such as entranceways or pathways to toilet units. These tiles prevent shoes from becoming muddy and heels from sinking into soft or wet ground.

Our "Event Floor" can be easily interlocked to create customised pathways around flower beds and trees, featuring small drainage holes that allow rainwater to quickly soak away. This option is significantly safer than using carpet or matting on grass, which tends to retain moisture and can become hazardous in the event of rain.

Trackways/Access Roadways

When organising events in fields, particularly during off-peak seasons, it is crucial to consider installing an access roadway to ensure the marquee, along with other equipment and suppliers, can reach the site. Without this, vehicles risk getting stuck, and entry points near gates may become inaccessible. Additionally, it is important to account for the ease of access for your guests on the day of the event.

We can create a robust roadway capable of supporting loads up to 18 tonnes, ensuring that access to toilets and generators is not an issue. Typically, a 4-metre-wide roadway will be constructed from the nearest access point, including a designated "pad" area adjacent to the marquee for suppliers and caterers to park and turn around on the day of the event.

Kitchen/Caterers Tent

For the majority of events with catering, it is essential for the caterers to have a dedicated kitchen or catering annexe adjacent to the main marquee, enabling them to prepare food and store their equipment discreetly in a "back of house" setting.

Typically, we supply a separate kitchen tent connected to the main marquee, featuring baffle screening to prevent your guests from seeing into the kitchen while allowing waitstaff to access the dining area of the main marquee with ease. The kitchen tent usually comes with a solid floor to facilitate smooth movement of equipment and is equipped with fluorescent strip lighting for optimum visibility.
